Since passage of the Endangered Species Act in 1973, members of Helena Hunters and Anglers, who have been keenly observing wildlife movement and habitat progression across public lands in the Helena area for decades, qualitatively have witnessed a slow up-tick in grizzly bears and wolves. The same may not be said for wolverines and lynx, whose habitat with climate change acceleration, is almost certainly diminishing.
